Great craf and best service

I went to a knife sharpening class because I wanted to be able to look after my kitchen knives properly. It was really good and now I feel I’ll be able to look after them. It was a combination of hands-on work and discussion. He taught me how to sharpen using stones and he let me see and feel for myself why we do things a certain way and how to tell when the knife is being sharpened properly. It really helped getting that feedback from him, learning what to look out for and how to make my own decisions. He was able to talk about the steel and how the knives are built, which has given me a good mental model of how the sharpening works. Definitely worth going!
