If you have purchased something before reading this, I will invoice you separately for the shipping. Once this payment is made, I will then post out your order as soon as I am able.
If a product of mine is out of stock and you would like to purchase it, please send me an email.
You can either requesst to be included on my newsletter (Coming Soon) where you will be informed on the release date of batches of knives etc.
Or you can request a specific product be made to order especially. If possible I will aim to see you paired with your desired work.
Most of my tools are made from traditional high carbon steel. This means that most will not be stainless steel and can be expected to tarnish under neglectful care. The key to looking after them in the short term is to keep them dry when not in active use. For long term care and when in storage, a modest layer of suitable oil will greatly help to protect your tool from rust forming. Oil such as Camelia or 3-36 is recommended.
Nothing I make is suitable for cleaning via dishwasher.
To ensure that nobody under the age of 18 purchases one of my bladed products, I will ask that customers send a photo ID scan (send to contact@menelikekani.com) Failure to do so will result in the purchase being refunded and not dispatched.

Please be aware that extra fees such as Tax/ Import/ Duty etc may apply when receiving an international order. This fact and the amount will be dependant on your individual country of receipt. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Purchased in-person classes, workshops or courses cancelled up to 72 hours before their stated date will not be refunded. Please consider that once you claim a spot, other people will not be able to. This may also mean that others may not have the chance to book if that spot only becomes available again on short notice.
Classes, workshops or courses cancelled by myself (Menelik) however will be fully refunded.
