Sharpening is a useful and rewarding skill to have but it can also be frustrating to get started with. After all there is no shortage of overly complicated techniques on the internet, or expensive sharpening systems that never satisfy. I have developed this class in order to have as many people leave with a new skill as possible. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone with a bit of experience, this class is a must.
Practice knives will be provided but you may also bring one of your own,
Just ensure that it is securely packed up and not easily accessible, remember when you leave it will be extremely sharp!
