About: The Signature Set
I based my design for the first knife in this set on a Congolese dagger. I could see immediately that it's shape would translate well into the kitchen and shared something vital with the Japanese Gyuto. Leaning on my experience and training in Japanese blades I married these two tools. The other knives in this set acting as natural extensions and maintain the same theme. This set is among my highest level of craftsmanship.
